Microfiber Material and Vacuum Cleaner Type dustin screen cleaner

Firstly I would like to thank you in advance for your time in reading my email, it is appreciated.
I am contacting you today to inquire about your dustin screen cleaner (model no.:4003) and Screen Egg Dual Action Microfiber (model no.:4008) products.
Our company is based in New York, and we are anticipating supplying your product to approximately 7 countries , including the North American Market (USA & Canada) as well as Europe (including the UK, Germany & France). We have all the required logistical partners (freight forwarders) in place who are ready to ship these products around the globe for us.
My colleagues & I deal with a number of Chinese suppliers and we have always found them to be honest, responsive and considerate to our requirements. I am sure your company will uphold this sterling reputation. We would like to know whether you are a Trading Company or a Manufacturing factory - we deal with both types of company but we just need to know in order to proceed along the right path.
The extensive research and initial testing we have completed has indicated that your product may achieve much success in our markets.
As always, when we are dealing with any Chinese supplier, we follow a simple 3-step process.
1. We order a sample (possibly 2-3 units of an item) - Generally it is easier for you to invoice us for the samples as well as the freight costs to our country. We can then test the quality of your items.
2. We then place a trial order (smaller than the MOQ), this enables us to conduct some vital market testing. As I mentioned previously, we have every reason to believe that the feedback from the market will be excellent, but it is critical that we test your product before we move into large scale production.
3. After we have sufficiently tested the market we can place an order for the MOQ and in the future, beyond the MOQ. We would appreciate your support in the above ordering process.
As of now we require cost pricing for your items as well as pictures of the packaged product. I would also like the finished packaged dimensions (length, width & height) as well as the weight of the packaged product.
