Dear whom it may concern, My name is Den ,mining engineer from Siam Cement Group (SCG),Thailand. We use 2 units of impact crusher for crush limestone (1000 t/hr,1500 t/hr) and we have some problem to crush limestone in high moisture of more than 8% in rainy season that coating and clogging at Crusher Impact plate and Grinding path. I searching in internet and find some clue that some impactor can be fitted with a specially adapted apron heating system. (Link 1) and some impactor can be installed with heating device for inlet chute and impact plate to avoid the coating (Link2). Could you please send me more information about that issues or any idea or solution to handle with high moisture of limestone problem that would be my pleasure. Best regards
