Company owned testing equipment complete & advanced production equipment, driving maximum lifting capacity is 260 tons, arc furnace with 5 tons, 30 tons, 80 tons each one, 20 t/h resin sand line, 150 tons of rotary type shot blasting machine, three high temperature heat treatment furnace of size 12 m x7 m x 5 m, 8 m x4 m x 3.5 m and 8m x 4 m x 3.3 m CNC, a set of 30000 square meters of electric furnace dust removal system, also has vertical lathe of 8 meters, 6.3 meters and 5 meters, 220 boring and milling machine and other machining equipment. The independent testing center is equipped with chemistry lab, direct reading spectrometer, 60 tons tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, Richter scale and so on.HeNan QianJin was engaged in this line for more than 20 years, which has a first-class science &technology development center and experienced & skilled technician team, specializing in the production of large and super large steel products. Production process using joint pouring,the quantity of a joint pouring can reach 400 tons, the biggest unit weight can reach 300 tons.
