Daimler Greater China Ltd. 

Established in January 2001 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Greater China Ltd. (DGRC) is responsible for the operations of Mercedes-Benz Cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Daimler Trucks and Buses, Mercedes-Benz Financial (including Mercedes-Benz Auto Finance and Mercedes-Benz Leasing), Daimler Spare Parts and R&D Centers in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. 


Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. 

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China. 


Mercedes-Benz Auto Finance Ltd.

Established in September 2005, Mercedes-Benz Auto Finance Ltd. (MBAFC) is a subsidiary of Daimler Financial Services Group. MBAFC provides auto financing and insurance services to more than 260 authorized dealers and their customers across the country. MBAFC is committed to delivering the most innovative products and one-stop tailor-made services that allow customers to enjoy their Mercedes-Benz with even greater freedom. 


Mercedes-Benz Leasing Co., Ltd.

Established in January 2012, Mercedes-Benz Leasing Co., Ltd. (MBLC) is the first automotive brand in China to provide leasing services to both individuals and businesses. This ground-breaking product is designed to provide customers with individualized and flexible leasing solutions that meet the highest levels of financial standards. 
 

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd.

Established in April 2008, Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS) is headquartered in Beijing and operates five warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yangzhou and Chengdu. The headquarter manages all administration processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning. As such, DPTS integrates the spare parts logistics supply for all DGRC activities including Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, Mercedes-Benz vans, smart and Maybach models in China under one roof, and thus provides the backbone to the five warehouses which do the physical distribution.
