 SanXin Heavy Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd is a high –tech enterprise as a collection of heavy machinery, metallurgical rollers, large casting manufacturing and scientific research, situating in Jiaze Town, a well-known land of flowers and trees in Wujin, Changzhou City. It has an easy traffic conditon, which is adjacent to the river rine expressway, and 30 kilometres awary from the Changzhou Airport and the Jing-Hu Railway. SanXin has the annual capacity of 50,000 tons rolls,100,000 tons large-sized moulded casting steelingots and 100,000 tons steel castings.
Founded in 2008 with a total investment of RMB 0.5 billion, Sanxin is mainly engaging in producing the metallurgical rolls, special steel ingots and large-sized steel castings used for the modern hot rolled strip tandem mills, medium-wide thick strip mills, profile steels, bars, high speed wiring rolling mills and medium-thin strip mills. There are currently more than 450 employees in Sanxin, among which, there are 5 senior engineers at the professor level, 8 senior engineers, and 6 employees with the postgraduate degree and almost 60 employees with bachelor degree. Sanxin has quite powerful technical strength. So far, Sanxin has already established long-term cooperation relationship for production, learning and research with China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group, Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Co., Ltd, Beijing University of Science and Technology and Anhui University of Technology.
By encircling the requirements of “good quality, high standard and high start point”, the company is equipped herself with the advanced production, inspection and test equipments, including 8 medium frequency furnaces of 20t/30t duplicate supply revert medium-frequency furnace and 10t, 5t and 3t medium-frequency furnaces made by Inductotherm Group USA, 30t arc furnace,1 respectively 60t LF refined-smelting ladle furnace, 60t VD vacuum refining furnace and V.C. vacuum pouring furnace, 3 centrifugal casting machines, 18 high and low temperature resistance furnaces and 3 open-type differential temperature quenching furnaces, heary-duty NC lathe, NC grinding machine, NC milling machine, NC boring lathe and other equipments, totaling 48 equipments, as well as the Ultrasonic flaw detector, front-view metallurgical phase microscope, metallographic image analyzer, carbon-sulfur analyzer, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, metallurgical phase hardometer, dilatometer, scanning electron microscope, thermal analyzer, direct-reading spectrometer, Brinell hardness meter, Rockwell apparatus, profile sand tester, profile sand hardness gauge, profile sand coating thickness gauge, tension test machine, impact test machine and etc. Meanwhile Sanxin establishes perfect product quality assurance systerm and has been granted the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification. Through the CCS, ABC,LR, GL,BV, DNV, KR, HK, RINA Nine ship shaft certification.
Sanxin covers a land of 100,000 sq. meters, where the cast workshop is 31,000 sq. meters, processing workshop 15,000 sq. meters, and the product R&D Certre, Inspection &Test Centre, Training Centre, Office Building and other supporting facilities, with the best factory environmnents. Sanxin has already been granted the ISO 14001:2004 environment management system certification, OHSAS18001:1999 Occupatonal Health& Safety Management System certification.
