 Lianqiang is situated in Tangshan which is a city in Hebei province and it shares boundaries with Beijing and Tianjin. A hundred kilometers to its southwest is Xingang Port (Tianjin) and a hundred and fifty kilometers to its south is Caofeidian Port. In China, Lianqiang is a pioneer professional manufacturer of centrifugal composite rolls. Lianqiang’s products cover a wide range (30+ types), include centrifugal/static casting iron rolls, adamite rolls, HSS rolls and composite cast steel rolls. Our annual production for centrifugal cast rolls is 20,000 tons, for static cast rolls is 5,000 tons.
Lianqiang’s production line is one of the best lines in China. Equipments on the line include: 10 induction furnaces (line frequency or medium frequency), 12 horizontal centrifugal casting machines, 2 vertical centrifugal casting machines, 20 heat treatment furnaces and more than 150 machining equipments. Lianqiang has an advanced and rigorous quality control system; during inspection processes molten metal is checked by ELTRA carbon & Sulphur determinator and ARL spectrometer, all the combined layers of centrifugal rolls are checked by ultrasonic flaw detection and during ladling of liquid iron the weight is monitored by electronic scales.
Lianqiang has a long-time cooperation with the Central Iron & Steel Research Institute. In the meantime, Tangshan Metallurgical Rolls Engineering Technology Research Centre, which is the research engine of Lianqing, also owns three national patents, include high speed steel roll and centrifugal composite spheroidal graphite cast iron roll. High speed steel roll opened a new era of mill rolls. The company approved by ISO 9000 since 1997, which gains itself approvals from all over the world.
Lianqiang mainly produces small and medium size centrifugal cast rolls, but also produce static cast iron rolls; its annual production is 17,000 tons. Top class quality and excellent delivery capability have won Lianqiang a great reputation from both international and domestic market. Lianqiang is the number one exporter of the field in China, our customers cover 20 countries and more than 100 companies and plants around the globe. Those companies include: ArcelorMittal, Gerdau, Nucor, CMC, JFE and Posco. The annual export value of delivery is 15 million USD (8,000 tons). In domestic market, for the last 10 years, as the leader of the industry, Lianqiang’s market share was above 20%; our customers cover 80 major companies, include: Baosteel, Anshan Iron and Steel Group, Shougang Group, Hebei Iron and Steel(Tangshan),etc. |
