We position ourselves as ‘a milk producer committed to human health’, and have made continuous efforts to realize the vision of creating ‘a lifetime Mengniu’. Our headquarter is in Helingeer Economic Development Zone of Inner Mongolia, the core area of China’s dairy capital. we have an annual production capacity of more than 6.7 million tons dairy products, an annual sales volume of more than 30 billion yuan, an accumulated output value of over 160 billion yuan and an accumulative tax of 8 billion yuan.
Our milk source bases enjoy excellent natural environment which allows us to provide customers with quality products. hawse have built nine 10,000-cattle super large modern pasture in China through cooperation and equity investment, with the raw milk produced from the modern pastures accounting for two thirds of that produced from all of our milk sources. More than 40 modern production bases compatible with international pastures enjoy pollution-free soils, water resources and air. The concept of ‘animal welfare’ allows milk cows to enjoy happy life and production, thus ensuring the quality of source milk.

link s to make sure that each drop of source milk passes through the entire fresh-keeping modern transportation chain within a few hours.
We have invested 1.2 billion yuan in the high-tech dairy product research institute; and acquired the largest single liquid milk processing plant in Asia and cutting edge milking equipment which allow us to ensure the perfect quality of dairy product in a more efficient manner.
We believe in the idea of ‘quality negating everything’. ‘Inspection’ is an
import ant guarantee for customers to enjoy quality milk, so we have been vigorously implementing total quality management, and putting strict control on the purchasing of raw milk, production process, storage, transportation and all otherlink s. Each batch of products has to pass the self inspection of production, process inspection and final products inspection before leaving the factory, and inspections on storage and circulation process will be conducted on a regular basis to ensure the product safety in market.
Investment has been made on research and development to build the world’s leading dairy product R&D center, establish a ‘joint laboratory of dairy products’ with Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, and actively introduce innovative products into the market to enrich customers’ choices and experiences of dairy products. We are honored as ‘the Most Innovative Chinese Enterprise’. Till the first half year of 2011, we have applied for 1202 patents and accredited 858 patents.
Till now, we have built 29 production bases in 17 provinces, autonomous regions and cities, and developed over 400 kinds of products under five categories including liquid milk, yogurt, ice cream, dairy products and cheese. Those quality products have been distributed to every corner of the domestic market and exported to many countries and areas including the US, Canada, Mongolia and Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau.
