Recently, CIMC launched a new cutting-edge 40ft steel reefer container design-Ultra-Liner. Comparing with conventional reefer container, Ultra-Liner is about 13.5% weight light. Even reefer container constructed in aluminum cannot match this prominent weight. The prototype has been successfully passed all ISO tests and been certified by Class Society. Its main structure characteristics are as follows:
1. The frame structure is firstly used weather resistance high strength steel, with the same weather resistance performance with CORTEN, however 1.5 times strength.
2. High performance FRP liner + extrusion AL scuff liner.
3. No solid rivet door panel.
