Disc Pelletizer
Details The disc pelletizer, used for making raw balls in pelletizing process, is in rotating mandrel structure. The disc of the pelletizer is supported by main axle, and two fulcrums on the front of main axle are hinged on the supporting axle of the base which is connected with the end of main axle box through angle adjuster. The disc shall be bevelled at an angle of 30 to 55 with the horizontal direction, which can be adjusted randomly in required range. The motor makes disc run through a gear reducer and a pair of bevel gears. There are also water-jet pipes, scrapers and other devices. Powder materials are wet by water in the disc, and become grain materials, small balls and then big balls. When small balls become bigger, then they will roll into the edge of disc, being discharged.
