Out line of system
Air conditioning system shall be consist of R-404A condensing units which have compressor,condenser & control equipment and fan,heater cooler for air side. When summer season,circulation air shall cooled by R-404A direct expansion system and when winter season circulation air shall heated by steam to use ducting for accommodation space.
Temperature control
a)Summer season operation
Room temperature shall be controlled by open/shut of magnet valve according to thermostat operation which is adjusted with return air temperature.
b)Winter season operation
Room temperature shall be controlled by open/shut of steam regulation valve,according to thermostat operation which is adjusted with supply air temperature.
