Performance and Feature: This adhesive is made of import ed chloroprene rubber through plasticating, pre-crosslink processing and homogenizing. This product is light yellow and translucent in color, elegant smell and has the advantages of strong initial adhesive force, high final intensity, pliable and tough adhesive coating, and excellent anti-aging. Applicable even on the conditions of wet air or cold weather(not-freezing at -20℃). This product meets the requirements of China National Standard on “Limited Quantity of Harmful Substances in Adhesive for Interior Decoration and Finishing” and is the green and environmental product having passed ISO14001 International Environment Management System Certification. This adhesive is exclusively for high class decoration of hotel and villa, etc.
Application Range: Used for bonding of same or different kind materials like aluminum-plastic board, fire board, wood board, leather, furniture, meta l, rubber and plastic, etc in decoration, furniture production and car interior decoration etc.
Bonding Process: Clear dust and dirt of adhesive surface to make it clean and dry. After properly un-hairing, apply glue to two adhesive surfaces evenly. One side easy to ooze glue should be firstly coated. Just glue once generally. When glue surface doesn’t slightly stick the hand (after drying for about 5-30 minutes), bond precisely and then exhaust gases from inside to outside. After 24 hours, it can reach using strength.
Note:
1. When bonding dense material such as aluminum board, fire board dense etc, need to drill some air holes on substrate, so as to avoid bumps after adhesion.
2. When used outdoor, adhesive seam need potting processing with glass glue, so as to avoid water penetration and chip (Not proper to be used in the strong sunlight).
3. Due to differences of individual construction environment and different applicable materials, it is suggested that user should determined applicability of the products in advance by experimentation. The manufacturer shall not undertake any responsibility for the losses of user caused by no test or violating the technological requirement. Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage: The product is flammable chemical and should be stored in a cool and dry place. Storage period is 18 months since production date.
