 Jiangxi Naipu Mining Machinery and New Materials Co., Ltd is an enterprise specializing in developing, manufacturing and marketing mining equipment and rubber spares. Its predecessor had been Jiangxi Naipu Industrial Co., Ltd, founded in October 2005, before it was joint stock system reorganized in April 2011, and is now listed on the NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations) since December 1, 2015. Located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, it runs two factories, with sound managerial system, QC/QA system, design and R&D capacity, and advanced technology and facilities. We are accredited to ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and GB/T28001. 

 

      The Company had been awarded certificate for high-and-new-tech products by Jiangxi provincial government in July 2007, being categorized as key enterprise with high and new technology in the Province. The Company was identified high-and-new-tech enterprise in November 2011, and was awarded certificate for high-and-new-tech enterprise in September 2014. Naipu Brand was awarded provincial famous brand in 2012. The Company was awarded provincial technological innovation model enterprise in 2014. Technology Center of Naipu was awarded provincial level enterprise technological center. The Company has been rated Class A tax payer for 5 years in a row since 2010. In November 2015, the Company was approved by MoHRSS and National Postdoctoral CMC to set up a National Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation.

 

      The Company is equipped with the most advacned 8000t platen vulcanizing press in China, large gantry type boring and milling machining center, vertical machining centers, vertical lathes, Ø4.5x14.6m autoclave and other advanced facilities. We have the most advanced inspection and testing facilities in complete sets in the rubber product industry, made by Taiwan Gotech Testing Machines Inc. Naipu Company focuses on ore dressing process applications, with a variety of related products, to meet the demandes of non-ferrous, ferrous and nonmetal miners. Our major products are slurry pumps and rubber wetted parts, hydrocyclones, rubber mill liners, stators and impellers for flotation machines, trommels, rubber or polyurethane vibrating screen plates and panels, and rubber lined pipes and mining hoses. Where, 750NZ slurry pump, Ø838 hydrocyclone, stator and impeller in 320m3 flotation machines, Ø3530x4805mm trommel independently developed and manufactured by Naipu are the first products either in China or in the world. Naipu has successfully applied new elastomer materials in spare parts manufacturing, which apply unique compounds and technology, with improved corrosion and abrasion resistant performance, and service life is doubled or several folds longer than that of same parts made of metal.

 

      With years of mining equipment experiences and the introduction of talents in large scale mining equipment manufacturing, the Company has a professional R&D team consisting of experts in aspects of fluid mechanics, machine design, rubber compound, and process technology, engaging in the development and application of mineral processing machines, molds, new material and technology. The Company has established long term cooperation relationship with China’s mining industry engineering institutes such as BGRIMM, Changsha Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy and NERIN.
