Subject: BMC (SMC ) INJECTION MACHINE
Dear Sir,
We are injection machine trading company located in Turkey-Istanbul. (please see www.mbkmakina.com.tr )
We sell injection machines and provide after sales service through our technical team.
We have a buyer for BMC injection machine. They need this BMC machines according to below details.
1-As you know BMC means bulk moulding compound, this buyer will use SMC which means sheet molding compound. Since BMC and SMC Machine are same we call it BMC machine shortly. One of difference is ; the fiber length in BMC is 12 mm and in SMC is 30mm.
2-Could you please offer 420 ton and 520 ton(or similar tonnages to 420 and 520 tons) BMC machines?
3-As you know there is piston to input the BMC(or SMC) raw material from top of machine. Is it possible to use screw type mechanism to input the raw material from top of machine.? So that buyer thinks that the SMC Material which has 30mm fiber length will be homogonised much better.
