Electro-heating tyre bead winding -up extrusion line

This machine is a complete, fully automatic bead building line. It is used to produce beads with square or quadrate cross section. It consists of steel wire let-off station; pull off device, extruder and bead former. Pay-on head and bead winder are driven by servo motor. Non-grip, simple structure and high efficiency characterize this machine.
