 ALT Cobalt & Nickel Products (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ALT), founded in 2000 through a investment invitation activity of Dalian Municipal People's Government and Dalian Hi-Tech Industrial Park, is a Canadian-owned enterprise registered in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is a professional manufacturer of cobalt compounds and nickel compounds. As a high-tech enterprise, it enjoys the Self-managed Rights of Import and Export and passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System. In 2005 ALT is confirmed to be a product export enterprise by Dalian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. 
As the Northeast China's largest manufacturer, it is well-known for fine cobalt and nickel chemical products. The corporate headquarters is located in Room 4001, Tower 2, Manhattan Building, Friendship Road, Dalian. Also here sales center, financial department, and purchasing department of subsidiaries are situated.
