 Established on 21st July 2006, Baosteel Resources Limited (hereafter referred to as Baosteel Resources) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel Group Limited. We are mainly engaged in mineral resource investment, trade and logistic services and have focused on creating a diverse natural resource platform covering these areas. Our efforts will be directed towards, but not limited to, clients within the steel industry.
On 21st December 2010, Baosteel Resources International Company Limited was established in Hong Kong officially marking the headquarters and duality of operations in both Shanghai and Hong Kong. Subsequently, in 2012, the opening of Baosteel Resources Singapore Pte Ltd signified the formation of a global network of natural resource businesses covering the regions of Australia, Africa, America, Southeast Asia, et al.
