Qinhuangdao Taidy Flex-Tech Co., Ltd. is a high and new technology enterprise which is especially engaged in researching, designing and manufacturing metal bellows expansion joint, flexible metal hose, blast furnace tuyere stock, nonmetal expansion joint and precision bellows etc. The products of Taidy have been extensively applied in the fields of national defense industry, Iron & Steel industry, petrochemical industry, electric power industry, gas industry, heating ventilation and air conditioning industry, motor and auto industries etc. One third product of Taidy has been exported to many countries and areas such as the U.S., Canada, Italy, Britain, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Iran and India etc.
The factory area of Taidy occupies 81,000 square meters and modern workshop occupies 58,000 square meters. It owns 730 employees including 115 medium and senior title technical personnel and administrators. In 2001, Taidy gained Certificate of Quality Control System ISO 9000 and in Jan., 2010 gained Certificate of Quality Control System ISO9001:2008, certificate of Environment Management System ISO 14001:2004 and certificate of OHSAS 18001:1999. In 2005, Taidy gained Manufacture License of Special Equipment (element of pressure pipeline). Taidy is the member unit of China Petroleum & Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association and the director unit of expansion joint Branch of it. It is the first level network supplier of China Petrochemical Group Company and it is the member of energy net No.1. Taidy is also the committee unit of Expansion Joint commission of Pressure Vessel Branch of China Machinery Construction Association.
Taidy is the member unit of Enterprise Group of Hose Designing Commission of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association. Taidy is one of the draft units of China National Standard Flexible Metal Hose GB/T14525. In 2006, it gained certificate by LPCB which is international authority organization and admitted by Britain Royal Certificate Commission. In 2007, Taidy product was admitted by UL of the U.S. Taidy has the independent ability of R&D, it has gained a lot of patents related with expansion joint, blast furnace tuyere stock and flexible metal hose。These patents filled the gap of China.
