Established in 1992, Hebei Puyang Iron & Steel Group (Puyang Group) now have become a major steel conglomerate covering from coal washing, coking, sintering, iron making, steel making, rolling, power generation to oxygen generation. At present, Puyang Group has annual production capacity of 6 million tons of iron, steel and milled products respectively. Puyang Group’s main products include wide slabs for building vessels, offshore platforms, railway (incl. high speed railroad) and highway bridges, mining machinery, oil and gas transportation, high level steel structure building and precision molds. Its products comply to standards and codes of many countries, so have been exported to southeast Asia, Japan, Korea , EU etc.
Puyang Group has a complete quality control system, strictly adopt the standards above the national and industrial codes. Meanwhile, idea of Sustainable Development and Green Steel is a focus in Puyan Group. Puyang Group invested more than RMB 1.1 billion yuan in environment protection. Now it has 97 sets of soot elimination systems and 4 de-sulfurization systems.
