(also known as ZYS) was established on Dec. 9, 2001 based upon the approval of the former State Economy & Trade Commission (in GJMQG [2001] No. 1142 Document), with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute as the main organizer who invested with its operational assets, jointly incorporated with other nine legal entities in Luoyang, Beijing, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
