The company has one steel pipe production line with internal and external epoxy anti-corrosion in the specification of φ508mm~φ3620mm and the standard of SY/T0457-2000, SY/T0447-96, AWWA C210, etc. Adopting the airless spray painting or centrifugal impeller-type coating machine, the production line has the following the core equipment including the shot blasting machine for the internal and external wall of steel pipe, process furnace, automatic coating machine and drying warm room, etc. The production equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation, stable performance and reliable coating quality, strong process capability and broad range. The anti-corrosion products are mainly produced for the transport of oil, natural gas, water, coal pulp and other medium.
