Its predecessor had been Jiangxi Naipu Industrial Co., Ltd, founded in October 2005, before it was joint stock system reorganized in April 2011, and is now listed on the NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations) since December 1, 2015. Located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, it runs two factories, with sound managerial system, QC/QA system, design and R&D capacity, and advanced technology and facilities.
