Application:
Citric acid concentration measurement in fine chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics industry, pesticide, food and other industries.
Principle:
Referring to the standards of GB/T611, T22230, T5009, ISO 758, 6353, by adopting the hydrostatics buoyancy method and hydrodynamics Bernoulli method to online monitor the specific gravity change of citric acid; then by using Lagrange polynomial interpolation, the online citric acid concentration can be converted. Then the quality control of citric acid crystal products can be achieved.
With the special design of buffering device TP-30, it is fully consistent with the hydrostatic principle; the data tested will be more accurate.
Functions:
1. The main-body is placed on the easy-operation platform, and it is equipped with sampling tank.
2. The liquid will get in and out through the in-out hole of sampling tank, the liquid specific gravity can be showed by buoyancy change of sensor ball in sampling tank.
3. By processing continuous action, the quality control of citric acid crystal products can be achieved by according to the specific gravity change of citric acid.
4. Just by continuous actions, the online specific gravity measurement and monitor of citric acid can be finished. The dynamic data of online citric acid concentration can be converted.
