Four-roll crusher

 Roll crusher, with simple structure, reliable operation and low cost, is widely used in small and medium-sized factories and mines to make the intermediate crushing and fine crushing half-hard and soft ores such as coal and coke.

Broken materials fall between the two rollers through the feed inlet, being crushed gradually relying on the friction of the two rollers. Finished materials are discharged from the bottom part. When the materials are too hard, the space between two rollers can be increased through hydraulic cylinder or spring, and then the hard materials can get through to protect the machine. There is certain space between two rollers, and the granularity of products can be controlled by adjusting the space.
 Roll crusher is mainly composed of the driving devices, frames, moving rollers, fixed rollers, moving bearings, cutting parts and hoods,etc.
