Single tooth-roll crusher

 Single toothroll crusher, as one of the main equipment of sintering system in steel mill, is used together with sintering machine and installed at the tail of sintering machine for crushing the hot sintered ores unloaded form trolleys to that of required particle-size. It is widely used in metallurgy, iron and steel industry, as well as crushing materials of soft to half-hard in the fields of coal, power plant, chemical engineering and quarrying industry.

Single tooth-roll crusher adopts internal channel water-cooling system, using fully enclosed rolling bearing. The rollers are arranged in spiral way, which can reduce energy consumption, add convenience to maintenance and extend service life.
