 Oxidized pellets production line designed by our company has advanced thermal system and rational technological process. The equipment reaches advanced level in China. The technological processes include fine grinding, drying, batching, mixing, selecting pellets, producing pellets, screening and distributing of concentrate fines, drying, preheating, oxidized roasting and cooling of raw pellets, as well as stock and transportation of finished pellets. In order to improve the raw material quality and expand the raw material option, improve the quality of pellet choosing, we adopt overflow ball mill to grind iron ore concentrate in milling process. In order to improve quality of materials and pellets, expand options, use overflow ball mill to grind iron concentrates. Increase 9% of the granularity of iron concentrates(200 mesh). To make the water content of raw pellets reasonable and improve quality of raw pellets and roasting, apply “four-zone, four-chamber” system to prevent the raw pellets from being deformed and ruptured in the drying zone. Make sure that the pellets have higher humidity and intensity when entering into the chamber, thus to achieve the utilization of 100% . Now we can provide annual coolers of various models( 40 to 300m2), and many productions have already been applied in a lot of enterprises, praised by users for their good running situation.
